SKUKUZA - It s been hailed as a game-changer in ensuring wildlife criminals are behind bars.  But a legal battle over its location has kept it closed for more than a year.  A Constitutional Court ruling has now opened its doors again, allowing for the Skukuza Regional Court to continue operating inside the Kruger National Park.   Conservationists suggest that it may have been criminal syndicates who had a hand in the attempt to keep the court closed, but it’s hoped that the rhino court will continue to impose sentences that will serve as a deterrent. * eNCA s Silindelo Masikane reports.
