In Cloetesville, the Peitersen family is desperately hoping for the return of two their children.A four-year-old was shot in the neck, while a seven-year-old sustained an arm injury.Their grandmother Julia Pieterson recalls the tragic scene. Community leaders and activists says something has to be done. Among those is Cloeteville activist Magdalene Blanken who claimed shooters have one prime motive to harm and kill with no care if a child is caught in the crossfire.
