I said that could be arranged,” Sibiya testified.He admits his misstep was contacting the KwaZulu-Natal deputy police commissioner instead of Mkhwanazi to facilitate the process, a move he says was made to ensure “there were no delays”.This, Sibiya says, enraged Mkhwanazi, who later called and slammed him for summoning KwaZulu-Natal officials without his knowledge.
